Lego Gift?

Hi welcome back bloggers a few weeks ago everyone in the school received a mini Lego gift from a company as a thank you gift, and lucky us in the afternoon the teachers gave everyone half an hour to complete the mini Lego gifts we got. There were three different types, there was a dog with a fire hydrant, a girl with a raft and a man on a mean looking motorbike. Once we completed it we were aloud to play with it. We had a lot of fun building and playing with our mini Lego gifts. My next goal to do with Lego is to combine 2 sets together to make a robotic Lego set. Here are some photos of them.

Hi welcome back bloggers, on the last week of term 3 the senior syndicate left school to do a Beach Clean up to help our world and community. We did this beach clean up because we have already gone to the climate change march so we thought we might go down to waikowhai bay and clean up the beach. First we sat at the front of our school and waved our signs around and seeing how many waves honks/beeps we could get in approval. Secondly we walked down to the beach and put our signs in one of the cars. Then we got into groups and took different parts of the beach to clean up. Me and my friend Jonathan loved to find crabs and finds sticks and logs to race each other on. When we got back to the meeting point we counted how many bags full of rubbish we had. And guess what.... we had filled 9 bags full to the brim with rubbish! We also found a tier and asked the council to dig it up as well as pick up the bags of rubbish(we had dug up about a quarter of the tier before we left to walk back to school. We had a really fun time here are some pictures of us on the day.

 

Futsal!

Hi welcome back bloggers, this week we took a lesson with more to come of futsal. Futsal can also be called football or soccer because that is what futsal is soccer/football. Yesterday we learnt how to juggle and we learnt how to keep control of the ball whilst dribbling. It was very hard trying to juggle but once I got the hang of it I did it easily and my high score is now 5. Here are some photos of us having awesome fun.
